Not bad. Sounds like the prosecution is trying to argue that the Croat Community/Union of Herzeg-Bosnia (HZHB) was a territorial construct, which it clearly was not, given the fact that it was superseded by the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia (HRHB).
In general I think that the prosecution is somehow trying equate the creation of HZHB and maybe HRHB to a war crime. Otherwise why would they care so much as to where Konjic was going to be allocated or Kakanj for that matter? (from Rory's previous blog post) If that is the prosecution's logic I think it is way off. I could produce maps of Croatia covering the whole of Eastern Europe. People would think I was nuts but I would find it hard to have someone argue it being called a war crime. They might call it extreme but is it a criminal act?
Finally when you think about it, wherever Konjic or Kakanj were going to end up became a moot point when the Washington Agreement was signed and that technically ended HRHB, and created the Federation while BiH was still at war.
