I saw recently on the Hrvatski Tjednik cover the claim by American Croat Max Primorac that USAID provided 400 million dollars to Bosniaks to "demonize" Croats? Does anybody have any more information regarding this?

Anti-Croat lobbying under Murphy's tenure as ambassador had been prevalent, but as of a few days ago (February 16th if I am not mistaken) that tenure has ended. What will come next is yet to be seen, but it would not surprise me if such information which the aforementioned newspaper stated is true. Still, I am most curious if someone has a better source than just the cover page, I do not have access to the newspaper itself right now, so partially my fault.
