A mechanic allegedly made videos of himself shouting 'Allahu Akbar' out of a car window outside an army barracks following the Bataclan terrorist attacks.
Taha Hussain, of Slough, Berkshire, a dual British and Pakistani national is accused of making around 40 videos of himself and his friends shouting 'Allahu Akbar' from car windows.
He also made anti-British Army comments as he was filmed driving around Windsor and Hounslow after the Nice and Paris terrorist attacks, it was claimed.
The 20-year-old, who used to work at Chessington Zoo, is also accused of attending meetings with known extremists and distributed speeches supporting ISIS, it was claimed.
Hussain was arrested on Monday as part of a pre-planned operation by counter terrorism officers.
Today he appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with distributing a terrorist publication to encourage an act of terrorism.
Wearing a grey hoodie and black tracksuit trousers and long beard, he spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth.
Louise Gray, prosecuting, said: 'This defendant is of British and Pakistani nationality.
'Over the last two years he has developed an extremist mindset. He attended a number of meetings which other extremists were also present.
'He sent a manuscript from a lecture that made reference to the Paris attacks two days after the Bataclan night club attack.
'Shortly after the Nice attacks he made another video travelling around the Hounslow Cavalry Barracks, home of the Irish Guards, voicing hatred for the British army.'
A video was played to the court that showed the car driving around the streets at night playing Arabic music as passengers shout of the window 'Allahu Akbar', 'Sharia for you British' and 'Paris'.
Ms Gray added: 'They are driving past Windsor Barracks, the home of the Coldstream Guards, voicing their support for Daesh.
'This was on November 14, 2015, just after the attacks in Paris.'
Senior District Judge Howard Riddle remanded Hussain in custody until he next appear in court at the Old Bailey on August 26 for a preliminary hearing.
