Inzko: EU to accept Bosnia only as unified country

The European Union (EU) will admit Bosnia-Herzegovina only as a unified country, High Representative Valentin Inzko said at a meeting in Graz, Austria.

The security situation in Bosnia-Herezgovina is stable, but political stagnation is present and the country has no other prospects than the EU membership, it was concluded at the meeting held late Tuesday.

"It would be absurd to think that EU accession is possible with two separate entities," said Inzko, who joined the discussion via video link.

The EU is not creating a single market in order to have two separate ones in Bosnia, he concluded.

The post-war Bosnia is made up of the Serb Republic (RS) and the Muslim-Croat Federation (FBiH).

The Bosniak (Muslim) member of the country's presidency, and current chair of this body, on Tuesday expressed his optimism that Bosnia would join the EU "in eight to ten years".

High Representatives are like diapers you should change them oftenly for the same reason as diapers .

Bosnia won't survive, as it is.
But neither will EU.

EU will not survive in this form, that's true. If German concept of EU wins , which is now highly likely because Germany stood boldly and defied even France in the latest EU convention, and won , the EU will be transformed from today-system sui generis first to a confederation, and then to a federative state(with the domination of Germany inside it).
Well that's not even higly likely anymore, that's certanty now . So I'm free to say :

May the Fourth Reich live for thousand years ! Long live our new Führer Angela Merkel! Pvls Vltra pro Evropa!

Well, at least Merkozi is out of the equation.

The same words we heard from EU representatives 20 years before, when they spoke about Yugoslavia!
Statements of EU officials can`t change wheel of history, as they couldnt do it 20 years before.

I must agree with mr.Inzko. There is no reason for Bosnia to bi divided when HB and RS leave Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our Muslim brothers must work hard to overcome all differences and create small, but healthy Bosniak national state.

I like the grilled meat/kebab/slivovitz parts. Hm...
