Da li je mirovanje korisno i nužno baš kod svake vrste bolesti?

Gledano po osjećaju ugode, svakako je ugodno mirovati i ništa ne raditi kad si bolestan, ali da li recimo određena razina fizičke aktivnosti ili čak umjereno treniranje pod prehladom, možda nema nikakvog negativnog utjecaja na brzinu kojim se imunološki sustav bori protiv virusa?

Ovo je pogotovo važno za profesionalne sportaše kod kojih je čak i obična prehlada katastrofalna.

Idemo vidjeti šta kažu neki medicinski članci na tu temu (ima ih dosta, moguće je da su rezultati i zaključci različiti):

In this case, weight training would only add more catabolism, which in turn would negatively affect the efficacy of the immune system against the virus, causing you to get sicker. Therefore, absolutely no training if you have the flu. Instead, concentrate on very good nutrition and on drinking large amounts of fluids (water and electrolyte replacement drinks like Gatorade in order to prevent dehydration). Once the flu completely runs its course, you can slowly start up back on your weight training program with lighter weights and not going to failure. Don’t push yourself too hard during this first week.

Pod prehladom se čovjek osjeća nekako iscrpljeno i zato ne bi baš bilo dobro preforsiravati se, odnosno trčati punim intenzitetom pet km i slično.
Naravno, to nije neka teška bolest da treba ležati cijelo vrijeme.

Ja bas volim kad sam prehladjen, i to mi je izgovor (sebi samom i drugima) da nista ne radim. A taman posla da trcim. :D Naprotiv, sto duze traje tim bolje. :D

Prije neki dan sam navjerovatnije pojeo nešto kvarno i jedno par dana me je mučio stomak tojest šta god da sam sljedeće pojeo ili popio stalno sam išao na WC da izvršim veliku nuždu. Često me je spopadalo čak i kada pola dana ništa ne pojedem niti popijem. I tako išao sam na WC zbog toga po nekoliko puta dnevno i to je sve trajalo par dana i prošlo me je. Dok sam imao taj problem imao sam i povišenu temperaturu sada ni to više nemam.

u četvrtak navečer sam odradio malo jači trening za noge, i sve za pet u petak, dok se nisam u subotu probudio sa shebanim grlom i nosom i neviđenom upalom mišića nogu, jedva sam hodao

i ništa subotu i nedjelju mirovao i pucao se aspirinima i svom mogućom zdravom hranom, i evo danas prehlada i upala malo popustili i mislim se da odradim neki umjereni trening
mislim nos i grlo će me vjerojatno držat još par dana bez obzira ne radio ništa ili radio, samo se nadam da neće stanje pogoršati zbog treninga, ali jbg ja više mirovati ne mogu :zubati
